Return Policy

What is your exchange/returns policy?

After the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we provide a 14-day exchange policy.

Your product must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an exchange within this time frame:

- Unworn
- The wrong size
- In the same condition as sold in the original box
- You must have proof of purchase (Order # & Name)

Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds in the event of a change of mind. However, if you order the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it for another size if that size is available.

How to Return

To acquire an official Returns Form, send an email to with your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return.

Note: Do not return an order without a return form, it can't be attributed to you.

Once you've received your Returns Form, please fill it out and mail it to the address provided.

If you need to exchange an item, please let us know and we'll arrange for it to be done within 5 business days of receiving your return.

We cannot be held liable for any lost packages, so please send your return through a traceable service. It's critical to keep track of your tracking number to ensure that your return package arrives safely to us. We do not cover any postal charges for domestic or international returns; the consumer is responsible for all costs involved with returning things to us.


How long is your warranty period?

We offer a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty

What is covered by the warranty? 

Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the shoes such as defects will be covered by a warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

What is not covered by the warranty?

Our 6-month warranty excludes any damage to the shoes caused by normal wear and tear. Shoes are prone to wear and tear, therefore it's crucial to look after them.

How do I make a warranty claim if I believe there is an issue with my shoes?
