You may still cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. For order cancellations, visit our Help Center or shoot us an email. If you are not able to cancel within the cut-off period, not to worry; we have an easy Return Policy.
On this site we only ship within Australia.

We apologize as the shoes are limited edition, we only have 150 pairs for the SOA 1 Shoes.
After you complete checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. If it didn’t make it into your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please send us an email and we’ll be pleased to help.
Unfortunately, once your order is placed we can no longer add items to your order. You’ll need to cancel the current order and place a new one.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, visit our Help Center or send us an email. Otherwise, the order will be subject to Return to Seller and you’ll need to create a new order.

All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.
We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.
Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order.
You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.
Promo codes can be applied at checkout. Simply click on Coupon Code box situated to the left of the total breakdown and enter your code. Be sure to add the dashes when entering your code. Coupon Code are for one time use only and cannot be combined with any other codes/promotions.
Product Care
1. Do not use soap, washing powder, bleach, toothpaste or other chemicals to clean the uppers and soles of your shoes.
2. Please avoid letting the shoes into water and sunlight, which may cause degumming, aging, deformation, fading, and mesh breakage.
3. Please avoid letting shoes in contact with sharp objects, chemicals, so that the shoes are not damaged.
4. Please clean the shoes regularly, or send the shoes to a professional cleaner for cleaning and maintenance. When cleaning, please use a soft cotton cloth or soft brush with a little water. Gently wipe the shoes to clean.
5. Please maintain more than two pairs of replaceable shoes, so that the shoes take turns to rest.
6. When trying on the new shoes, please do it in a clean and dust-free place to prevent the soles from getting dirty or worn, which will affect returns.
