Ingredients:
- 70g Prawns (Peeled) (Raw)
- 15g Lettuce
- 15ml Mayonnaise
- 20g Avocado
- 5g Olive Oil
Flavour Boosters:
- Lemon, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, 1 tsp
- Sugar Free Tomato Sauce, 1 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
- Wasabi, to taste
- Tabasco Sauce, 0.25 tsp
- Cayenne Pepper, to taste
Method:
- Heat a medium-sized pan over high heat and add oil. Once hot, evenly spread prawns over pan
- Cook prawns for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they are red/pink and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
- Prepare ingredients: chop parsley, chop lettuce, slice avocado and juice lemon.
- In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, wasabi, tomato sauce, tabasco sauce and cayenne pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined
- Prepare cocktail: place lettuce at bottom of martini glass, top with prawns, avocado and sauce. Serve with lemon wedge and a sprinkle of parsley.
- *Prawns can be stored in an airtight container and kept in the fridge for 2-3 days.
