Day 1: Order day (customer places an order)

Day 2-4 : Fulfillment day (order is being fulfilled in our warehouse)

Day 5: Your order will be picked up by our courier.

If order is placed on a Friday, order will be fulfilled on Monday or Tuesday

If order is placed before and during holiday, order will be fulfilled on the next business day

ORDERING 

Monday through Friday, orders are shipped. While we strive to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours, this may be extended a few days during peak seasons such as launches, sales, and Christmas. Kindly send an email to merch@soathehulk.com if you'd like an update on the status of your order.

If you need to amend or cancel an order after it has been processed, please contact us via email right away. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please inform us as soon as possible at merch@soathehulk.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot be held liable for erroneous information provided.

If your order is being delivered to a business address, please specify the company name on the order so the carrier can deliver to the correct location.

When a parcel is refused by the recipient or has an inaccurate address, it may be returned to the sender. In the event that this occurs, the client is responsible for contacting us and informing us of the issue.

USA SHIPPING

We offer express shipping to the USA. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post and then delivered in the US through USPS. Enter your tracking information on the USPS website for most up to date tracking information on your item/s.

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING

All International parcels are shipped from our dispatch centre via Australia Post.

Once parcels have been exported from Australia, they are transferred to the most reputable shipping provider in your country. Please check your tracking through your country's courier website for the most up-to-date information.
